How fast do I get paid?
As soon as your card is verified, we send the payout to your saved mobile money or bank account. Occasionally a network or bank outage slows it down, which is outside our control.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. Every active trader verifies once with a government-issued ID and a selfie. We use it only to protect you and the platform from fraud.
How long is a quote good for?
Quotes follow the live market, so they are valid for a limited time, usually 15 to 30 minutes. Send the card within that window to keep the rate.
Which cards do you buy?
iTunes, Amazon, Steam, Razer Gold, Google Play, Xbox, Sephora and many more, as physical cards and e-codes. The rates page lists every brand, country and amount we buy today.
